About Cierra

Hi! I'm Cierra, and caring for children is something I genuinely love. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), helping children build communication, social, and everyday life skills. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and creating a safe, fun environment where children can thrive. I enjoy reading, crafts, games, outdoor play, and activities that encourage learning and creativity. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and can also help with meals, homework, transportation, and light housekeeping. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care while giving parents peace of mind and making every child feel safe, supported, and valued.
