Cierra was such a wonderful part of our family. She cared for our pre-K daughter for two months before she started school, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the start, she was warm, patient, and incredibly attentive, and our daughter immediately felt comfortable with her. Cierra did an amazing job keeping each day engaging while still maintaining structure. She naturally incorporated learning, creativity, and play, and was always mindful of our daughter’s routine and emotional needs. Our daughter truly adored her and always looked forward to their time together. She was reliable, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with, which gave us so much peace of mind.
