Ciera was a dream to work with! She was very prompt when returning my messages and she also helped me out of a bind with a very professional and quick response. I needed someone to pick my daughter up from her basketball game and my son from his other sitter's home and I only had two days to find someone. She is extremely professional, very well-mannered, and met me at a last-minute notice to do an official meeting. She kept me abreast entire time she had them and even washed some dishes while she was at my house! We are using her now & I feel so comfortable with her having my children.
