About Ciera

Hi! My name is Ciera, I'm 24 years old and I'm currently in grad school getting my MSW. Eventually, I will go into hospice work but that is far down the road. I have my CNA license in Colorado--unfortunately when I moved to Florida, I was not able to transfer due to new Florida nursing laws. I am spunky and energetic and I offer compassionate and loving care. I used to volunteer in nursing homes in high school and throughout college. When I graduated, I applied for a social work position in Colorado, in a skilled nursing facility. I worked there for a year and a half before moving to Florida. I have much experience with all types of geriatric individuals including disabled and dementia. I like patient care and I love getting to know individuals, learning their life and just appreciating who they are. I promise to always remain patient even through the frustrating moments, and I promise to take care of your family member like they are my own.
