I am a senior at Hopkins Academy in Hadley, Massachusetts. I have completed two babysitting courses and CPR training for all ages. I've been babysitting for 7 years and have experience with newborns and with children up to age 12. I have been a group leader at Hadley Kids Inc., an after-school tutoring and care center for grades K-6, since August of 2013. As an employee, I have annual training for CPR, general Early Childhood Education and medication distribution training. I have participated in my high school's Early Childhood Education program for the past two years as a student teacher in grade 3 as well as preschool. I hope to attend Salve Regina University and enter their education program in the fall of 2016. I have a passion for teaching at the elementary level and for working in the special education department. I was a Hadley Girl Scout for 7 years and have been in the Pro Merito Honor Society for the past two years. I value kindness, honesty and education, as well as many others.
