*Updated Availability: Weekends* For the past eight years, I've worked exclusively for UHNW families, where an exceptionally high standard of childcare is expected, especially in academics, etiquette, and emotional development. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing updates, photos, as well as transparency around any matters that arise. I'm well-versed in both independent and collaborative care. Much of my experience involves solo care, however, I'm equally comfortable working alongside parents and know when to step back to allow meaningful family time. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and capable of handling all responsibilities such as: cooking nutritious meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization of children's spaces, assisting with bathing and toileting, tutoring, scheduling doctor's appointments, coordinating with teachers and principals, and organizing extracurricular activities like sports, playdates, and tutoring.
