Godsend! Can't live without her! She comes 3 days a week but does 7 days worth the work and cleans our home top to bottom. And our shy kids get excited to see her. I do not like people in my house; it feels like an invasion of privacy, but Ciara is an exception! She is the most genuine, compassionate, responsible, hard-working, conscientious, organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, alert and informed person I have hired and our home and home-life is in order for the first time in 10 years because of her. I do not have to tell her what to do. She identifies needs that I do not even see and she takes care of them. She has been with is for a year and we do not know what we would do without her.
