My patient that I Cared for was diagnosed with Spinalbifita since she was born. I Became her PCA when she was 16 years old. I assisted her with daily life activities before becoming her PCA. I washed her clothes, Changed her padding on her bed, changed her sheets, Collected urine samples and dropping them off to the hospital, and also prepared meals for her. I would often take her out to the mall, dinner and sometimes even take her to the movies. I enjoy working with this young lady. She developed from being a shy person, to an outgoing person who has an independent spirit.
