About Ciara

During my junior and senior years of high school, I participated in a child development program where I assisted in a special needs classroom three days a week. In this role, I supported students through engaging activities while helping foster their independence and social skills. After graduating, I became involved in my church's summer program for children, where I helped organize activities and participated in educational and recreational outings. This experience was especially meaningful to me and further strengthened my passion for working with children. For the past year and a half, I have worked as a nanny on a part-time basis, caring for a2-year-old child. This role has given me valuable hands-on experience in early childhood development, patience, and adaptability. I have gained a deep appreciation for how quickly young children grow and learn, and I find it incredibly rewarding to support their development.
