My name is Ciairra. I'm a proud mother of 2 wonderful adult children and a grandma to 4 amazing grandchildren. I'd describe my personality as Compassionate, Dependable, Patient/Loving. I love working with kids because every child is unique, and it's rewarding to be part of their growth and development. I enjoy helping them learn new things, build confidence, feel safe and supported. I'm looking for a position where I can make a positive difference in a child's life while building a trusting relationship with their family. I want to work in a safe, respectful, and positive environment where open communication is valued. I started working with children many years ago at my grandparents' daycare, where I worked for five years. That experience gave me a strong foundation in caring for children.
