I have hands-on experience as a Home Health Aide and in group home settings, supporting clients with a wide range of needs. I've assisted individuals with dementia, provided personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene, and helped with mobility and transportation to appointments. I'm trained in passing medications, monitoring daily needs, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. I also handle meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offer compassionate support to help clients feel respected and cared for. My goal is always to promote independence, dignity, and a positive quality of life for every person I work with.
