Welcome! ! I am 29 years of age with the great experience of not only being a Mom but also having the experience of being a Nanny. I am with the Child Care Developmental group of studies as our DayCare have been Family owned in business for 32 years. I as an independent Nanny of business go and branch out to the homes of others to help Parent's that prefer Home Care for better comfort & understanding for their child. I understand that there is structure in the way that you would want your child to be cared for & shown ways that you would prefer to do things in your own home I am strong on following those instructions that are given to me. As far as personality is described I am very sweet and loving as well as patient and understanding but I am very mature and firm on what needs to be done. I believe in listening to a child and acknowledging a child's point of view before responding & I'm great at coming up with solutions before interrupting a parent while busy unless of an emergency.
