I have experienced working with dementia resident for over a year at OakParkPlace and St'Johns in Alberta Lea My routines are -Bathing and grooming -Passing medication -Prepare food and serving -Toilet , clean and change the depends -Doing some activities with the residents -Clean the room and do laundry Also sometimes I pick up the skill nursing . - I can use the hoyer lift or easy stand - Remove the catheters I am a hard working person . I do care and make sure that the residents are safe , clean and happy . I always keep them company and service them the way they like. I love taking care of your love one
