Registered Nurse for 28 years. I enjoy helping others, and I'm friendly and compassionate. Helping others has always been my calling. Even as a child, I loved to take care of my great-grandmother. I would like to find someone where it's like family. I started caring for others many years ago. I've been a nurse for 28 years. In that time, I've worked in the psychiatric field, hospice, went to war as an Army nurse and back home to the ICU, so I've dealt with all kinds of people at their most critical times. In my spare time, I like to relax at home with my husband and our 8 dogs and 2 cats. I love to plant flowers and landscape. One thing you should know about me is I am always respectful. Chrystal is a great person and great caregiver. My mom has dementia and Chrystal helps her out a few days a week: checking her medications, taking her blood pressure, cleaning her house, organizing her fridge, taking her for drives, and more! Chrystal is like the energizer bunny zooming around taking care of things in the house really quickly then spending a bit of time just hanging out with my mom. She's also creative with finding ways to try to get my mom to be more active and really patient with my mom, who is trying to not be active :-). We are very thankful to have Chrystal helping us out.
