Crystal took care of my mom and dad. She was home with him when he passed. She helped my mom a lot in her grief. And I believe she had a lot to do with keeping my mom's mental together. My mom loved her. She work with us until COVID hit. After that we decided it'd be best if she quit. She still called my mom to check on her at least once a week. After COVID was over we tried to hire her back but she was already working with another family. She attended my mom's funeral and we were glad to see her. We were fortunate to find her. I really believe her heart is in this type of job. And if I'm ever asked if I know anyone that does this, she's who I recommend.
