I have been caretaker to my brother for 25+ years, who is mentally retarded. This past year I have worked with many different individuals with various disabilities, down syndrome, autism, bi-polar and some physical hadicapped as well. my job was to help them become independent on their job site as well as becoming more confident with their social skills out in the community. I am a very dedicated, loyal, honest and hard working employee and have a very easy going personality.
