Hi everyone! I'm looking to help an elderly individual or family 2-3 days a week, for 4-8 hours per day. I'm an experienced RN with 4 years of nursing experience, and prior to becoming a nurse, I worked as a CNA. I have experience working in patients' homes as both a CNA and a nurse and truly enjoy providing compassionate, one-on-one care. I'm looking for something more flexible right now so I can have more time with my baby, who has some medical needs and regular appointments and therapies. My baby is my first priority and will always come first. Because of that, I want to be upfront that if she is sick, has an unexpected appointment, or needs me at home, I would need to stay home with her. I'm looking for a family who understands and is comfortable with that flexibility. I'd love to find someone who needs a reliable, caring, and experienced person to help their loved one remain comfortable and independent at home. Thank you!
