I provide compassionate one-on-one care ranging from periodic wellness visits to 4-, 8-, 12-, or 24-hour care. Services may include post-hospital recovery, medication organization, monitoring changes in condition, chronic disease support, personal care, safety assessments, appointment accompaniment, family/provider communication, respite care, hospice support, and care coordination.
