About Christy

Considering I've always had pets, I've been caring for them quite nearly my whole life. However, I've been paid as a pet sitter for the past five years. It seems much of my experience is with Border Collies, well two specifically - Kipper, a rowdy pup of a Collie in Yarmouth Maine who wrestled like a champion. I could chase that dog around for hours and of course he would never tire! I always wished there was another pup to help exercise his anxious energy out of him! In that position, I had two charges, a boy and his pup and both were lovely. The Border Collie that followed Kipper, Bandit, was a wild canine as well. We lived together in Washington on a farm and he was my responsibility while I called the place my home. There was a stream behind the fields that housed the horses and it was my job to keep Bandit from harassing the horses on the way to the field, mostly for his own sake so he wouldn't get a hoof to the face.
