About Christy

With 20+ years of experience, I am an educator who believes in the power of personalized learning. I hold a graduate degree in Creative Writing and use my experience teaching English, writing, and creative communication to help students of all ages. I design career curriculum for students with disabilities and meet each student where they are, discovering how they process information to help them improve and grow. I encourage students to think critically, relating the subject matter to their prior knowledge and developing a good rapport. Communication is key, and I welcome questions between sessions. It is incredibly rewarding to see my students succeed. I would love to help your student reach their full potential!
