My journey began with positive experiences in previous care roles, fueling my desire to make a real difference in people's lives. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, with current CPR Training and First Aid Training. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a detail-oriented professionalism. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I prioritize open communication with families, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person, always following your preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I have a college degree and my own car. I'm also comfortable around pets.
