Hello! I'm someone who truly enjoys helping busy families and providing support for parents and caregivers of older adults. While I don't have years of professional experience, I am reliable, caring, and eager to make life easier for those I work with. I love preparing meals--especially from-scratch, delicious, and nutritious dishes. I'm also comfortable with diet-specific meal prep to meet unique health needs. Beyond cooking, I enjoy good conversation, playing games, and working on puzzles to brighten someone's day.
