About Christopher
Experience: 5 yrs
I am a NYS certified Social Studies teacher with 5 years of experience at the high school level. At the High school level I teach Global I, Global II, US History, Participation in Government, Economics, and AP World History. I have experience tutoring students for Regents prep individually and in small group settings. In addition to this, I have a master's degree in TESOL and have been tutoring two students for the past 3 years with a focus on reading comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, and writing skills. As an educator I believe relationships are essential to learning, and I believe in teaching transferable skills.
