I have worked as a nanny for 10 yrs now and love what I do. I enjoy watching them and love to see them grow and learn. I also understand what an important decision it is to find the right person to care for your child. I feel our children are our richest asset and the most important people in our lives. I know how important it is to have open communication with the parents as well. Together, we can make a great team and that is my goal for the children. I have a lot of patience with children and understand they need it to learn towards their development. I've worked with two families all the children starting at infancy through the preschool years. Christi was wonderful with our 3 month old and really helped me out when I started back at work. We trusted her with him and he was always happy to be near her. Unfortunately what we needed wasn't the schedule she was looking for, so we couldn't make it work long term. Having an honest conversation upfront about what each party expects would help avoid this in the future
