I have been in the daycare field for 7 years now. I have worked with children 3 months old to 5 years. I have been a Teacher Assistant in the past and have recently been promoted to Lead Teacher in the toddler room. Although I love the kids and the school, I think it's time to care for 1 or 2 children where the environment is a little more personalized.
