I currently care for a 19-year-old woman with severe autism, I trained for my CNA with elderly in need of help with almost every aspect of their lives, I volunteer at my church every month with a group of other care givers and we provide a night off for between 4-10 families with special needs children by watching them for a night. Ever since I was little I have been around special needs children. My mom worked at a center and now teaches special needs preschool, and we have a family friend with Downs Syndrome. I have so much love for people with special needs, and I try to help them in anyway I can.
