Christine is an extremely knowledgeable caregiver. She has a deep understanding of medical issues to include Type-1 "brittle" diabetes.  Additionally, she is flexible and an outstanding communicator, always quick with responding. 

Christine has been an amazing senior caregiver for my dad over the past few months. Our family is so grateful to have found her. She is very knowledgeable, kind, proactive, and conscientious. She has also found fun activities to engage my dad while also making sure he is well taken care of, such as taking his meds, eating right, exercising and generally helping with chores around the house. We could not have found a better caregiver for my senior dad!

She was hired for weekend day work. My weekday caregiver along with myself provided her both verbal and written instruction on how to care for my mom. She ignored them and did what she felt was right. She fell asleep on my mom’s couch and was engaged on her phone during the time my mom was awake. She was not very happy when I mentioned I had cameras in the house, which she was informed about the day I hired her. She did an ear evaluation on my mom workout my consent and told my mom she needs hearing aids. She is a home health nurse, but I believe she has very little experience as a private caregiver. 

Christine genuinely cares for the wellbeing and happiness of my Dad. She stopped by to check on him well beyond the planned timeframe. Her nursing expertise helped to identify a health issue that could have easily been worse, but thanks to her we caught it in time. We will definitely continue to leverage her provider wound care, changing, and oversight of my father. 

Christine is incredibly patient, respectful, and clearly deeply cares for the well-being of my loved one. Knowing my family member is in her capable hands provides immense peace of mind.

From our initial interview, I was impressed by Christine's extensive nursing knowledge. She also provided context for my mother’s conditional and advice on requesting physical therapy records to better understand how my mom was progressing in her treatment on that first call. It was relieving to be in contact with a nurse who not only had, but also shared advice on managing my mother’s health and care.

My mother also values her nursing knowledge. She praises her exceptional care. She ensures my sister and I are consistently informed about my mother's progress, readily answering any questions we have about her care.

Christine is professional and expresses genuine kindness and empathy. Her gentle and lighthearted demeanor immediately puts my mother at ease, fostering a sense of trust and connection from their very first interaction.
Christine provides my mom with supervision as my mom has lost mobility and balance after a stroke and is at a high risk of falling even with a walker. This includes caretaking her personal hygiene and light household tasks. The first time she cut my mother’s nails she exclaimed with delight, ”I wasn’t expecting a manicure!”
