Hi! I'm a patient, caring, and experienced childcare provider with a background working with children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. I have experience working in a school with children and young adults ages 5-21 with developmental disabilities and TBI, and I currently work as an in-home ABA therapist with children ages 5-13 with autism spectrum disorder. I'm comfortable providing one-on-one support, following routines and care plans, helping with communication and daily living skills, and keeping children engaged through play and activities. I understand that every child is different, and I try to meet each child where they are while giving them the patience, structure, and encouragement they need. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where children can be themselves, have fun, and feel supported. I'm also happy to communicate with parents about their child's needs, preferences, routines, and progress.
