I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Communication is key. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method. Building a connection with your loved one begins with understanding their preferences and history. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
