About Christine

I am truly confident working with children, as I believe they are gifts to be treasured. I believe in helping them to develop self-confidence, self-reliance, self-respect and respect for others, trust in their strengths and courage in their attempts to strive forward. I have worked with children for over 40 years. I have taught infants through grade school in child care centers, home settings, educational grade school classes, summer camps and in my personal care. I am an experienced in all stages of development in these age ranges. I have worked with and taught at a school for special needs both for gifted and for mildly mentally impaired. I was a coach in Special Olympics, in track and field, for seven years. My spectrum of understanding infants, toddlers, preschoolers, Pre-K, school age through adults is quite diverse. I strive for positive reinforcement and win-win outcomes with respect given in the process. I believe in nurturing, teaching and cultivating a child's emotion.
