My college degree complements my hands-on experience in providing personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm also experienced in adapting to changing routines and handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I always follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed.
