Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, and providing peace of mind to their families. With years of personal experience, I offer respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I have recently retired after a 36 year career in the federal government and now want to help take the stress off of families who have to work and can't always be off for appointments and help their family members as much as they would want to. I've been in your shoes and want to help! My approach is patient, compassionate, friendly, and empathetic. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I truly enjoy connecting with people and providing the support they need to live comfortably.
