Over the past 35 years, I have cared for dozens of people ranging in all age and disabilities. Such as maybe starting out with them for just a few hours cooking appointments, cleaning, companionship, patient applicant, transportation, packing moving them to new and smaller places decluttering.

Christine helped us when we were in a bind and ended up being my mom's caregiver for a few weeks.  She is kind, helpful, knowledgeable. 

Christine was very kind, knowledgeable, attentive, reliable and hard-working. I truly appreciated the wonderful care she provided my dad during his last months of life with Parkinson's. That said, after he passed and I asked her for her Social Security number so that we could file taxes and claim her Caregiver expenses to receive a tax deduction, she would not respond to me, even though I called her multiple times. This is not OK. I have had this problem with other caregivers. I don't know why they think they shouldn't have to pay income tax like the rest of us. Without the Social Security number, we are unable to claim the money we paid out for her services as an expense deduction. This is not right and it ends up costing the family money they shouldn't have to pay. Bear this in mind if you hire Christine. We were however very thankful for her service during our dad's last months of life.

Christine has an amazing heart, and I can tell she will be responsible, and on time, do what she says she will do, and will even do it better. Our house was just a bit far from hers, and I understand that, providing in-home healthcare, myself. But, if she'd been closer, I'd have hired her on the spot! I absolutely fell in love with her the moment I started talking to her during our first initial call.

I'm an RN with 30+ years of nursing experience, so I know a good caregiver when I see one. Christine is FABULOUS. Very knowledgeable, extremely intuitive, and endlessly patient with difficult clients. I worked very closely with Christine who was providing home care to one of my patients. I wish that all of my patients had such great care. She was wonderful to partner with and made my job so much easier. If I needed a caregiver for one of my own family members tomorrow, I would hire her in a heartbeat. I can recommend her without hesitation.

Christine is a lovely person who went above and beyond to provide excellent care for and meaningful companionship to our mother. 

Christine took wonderful care of my mother, who had dementia, for 7 1/2 years. Christine was responsible for everything from day to day care, coordinating appointments, cooking, shopping, cleaning, and even took over hair and nails during the pandemic. 
Christine became a member of our family and helped us all deal with my mother's decline. My mother loved her dearly and we will be forever grateful for the care and love she gave to all of us.


I hired Christine for several months to help my dad at an assisted living facility. She had a good rapport with my dad and, at first, I was thankful to have found her.  But, after a few months I discovered that she wasn't going when she said that she was. My dad has some dementia so he couldn't verify for me if she was coming regularly. I started checking on her when I was in town and she would say that she had been to my dad's but it was fairly evident that she had not - food left on the table all day, laundry needing to be done etc on the afternoon of the day she was scheduled to be there.  It was only a suspicion that I had - that gut feeling.  I thought I would give her a little more time and see if she was honest about going, but, she just stopped going all together and didn't return my phone calls.  The COVID precautions were starting so, again I want to give her the benefit of the doubt,  but I'm pretty sure I paid her for a lot of days that she didn't go at all :(

I interviewed Christina and she was very direct and professional. She presented me with her resume at the beginning of our interview and was a good listener and seemed to be familiar with the needs of elders. She is upbeat, pleasant and presents herself well.  I was sorry that she had taken another job before I was clear on what our personal needs might be.

For four years Christine was the primary caregiver for my grandmother. She suffered from COPD/CHF, renal failure and was on oxygen. She was strong willed and could be quite demanding. But wanted to get out and about every day. Christine's professionalism, respect, dedication and compassion ensured that the quality of life was maintained at the very highest level possible. Christine's care definitely added a solid four quality years to her life and allowed her to stay in her own home. And Christine was entrusted with managing medicine, her household affairs, shopping, credit cards, cash and her car. When her health declined even further, we enlisted in home hospice and Christine didn't leave her side. Christine's skills and compassionate care helped my grandmother and family in a difficult time.
