Christine was my daughter's pre-k teacher last year. She is extremely dedicated to empowering the kids in being independent and getting ready to the big kids school. All the kids in the class love her and respect her, as we could easily notice every morning, when we would stop by for a few minutes at her class. We noticed constant progress in our daughter's behavior in taking care of her belongings, cleaning up after a task, feeling proud of achieving a "big kid's" step. Once a week, the kids would come home with non-mandatory homework to review what they had already learned in class, in order to prepare them for kindergarten, helping to make a smoother transition, which was Christine's initiative.
