About Christine

My first childcare experiences all came from my own home as the oldest girl in a family of five kids. My youngest sister I helped care for from infancy until the present in her early teens. I have been a babysitter for the past eight years for children of every age. As a private music teacher I also have experience engaging young minds and I understand how they learn and grow. Reading is my favorite activity, and I am a firm believer in frequent library trips :) I know how to function in all kinds of chaos and I have a cool head when it counts. Christine has been a great resource for our family. She has done part-time care for us for the past year and a half and has been fabulous. She has been extremely reliable. The schedule has been early mornings (4:15am) and varying days. We have been so happy to know that we could depend on Christine to care for our children when we needed her there. She also gave us ample notice when her school schedule was changing so that we could find a new caregiver. Christine is great in her work with children. She has a great combination of keeping the children engaged and entertained, but also works to have them follow household rules. I will continue to hire Christine as she is available and highly recommend her for future childcare positions.
