For the past few years, I've had the privilege of caring for elderly individuals -- providing not just daily support, but genuine companionship and comfort. My experience includes helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, and offering meaningful conversation and emotional support. What I love most about this work is getting to build real connections and making each person feel valued, respected, and cared for. I approach every day with patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility, always striving to create a safe and positive environment for the people I support. This work has truly deepened my appreciation for the importance of kindness and consistency in caregiving, and I'm grateful for every family who has trusted me to care for their loved ones
