About Christina

I have been supporting seniors living in their home since 2013, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, providing delicious and healthy meals that support digestive health. I aim to provide safety for the client, comforting companionship, and effective communication with family members. My experience has included varied degrees of intensity of care, functionality and mobility, as well as with dementia and Alzheimer's. I have worked well with hospice clients and hospice providers, with a growing appreciation for this sacred time of life. I bring with me prior skills and experience providing delicious food as medicine, as well as a respectful appreciation for spiritual support. My caregiving career began when my own mother was in crisis. Intentional home care allowed her to return to almost 100% independence. My heart awakened to the loving support that all our parents deserve. I provide a flat rate for low intensity 24-hr. shifts and live-in caregiving.
