I have cared for a German shepherd/husky mix for 13 years, which was also my pet. I have assisted neighbors since I was 11 years old with walking, feeding, grooming and since I was 17 years old also administering medicine. The experience I have with caring for my own pet, mentioned above, included walking, feeding, training, grooming, bathing, removal of ticks, administering medicine, and tending to small cuts on paws. As far back as four years old, I could remember having passionate feelings for caring for cats and dogs. I feel perhaps the loyalty, affection, and unconditional love these animals give, encourage and foster my passion about caring for animals. I would like to add that even though I do not have paid experience with caring for dog, that you consider the above information, because I have indeed been taking care of dogs almost my whole life.
