Christina gave last minute notice and did not turn up for work. I had to take care of my special needs son and lose work. I am not sure if this safety directly but if I was not there, he can not be left alone. This is not dependable behavior. She also has been refusing to do anything other than be at home and this is not what the job description required as he goes to different activities.
