We hired Christina to babysit our 1 y/o and 4 y/o for the evening at our hotel in Sandusky so that we could enjoy the adult version of Halloweekend at Cedar Point in the evening. She was great at communicating, arrived on time and was even open to staying an hour later. We appreciated her reliability and flexibility, and the boys were sleeping and safe when we came home. No complaints :-).
