I wholeheartedly recommend Christina R as a care manager, care consultant and hands on caregiver. To start, she has a lengthy work history. Caring for elderly patients across the spectrum of medical conditions bolsters her real world understanding of patient needs. Dementia can manifest in unexpected ways as it did with my mom. Christina R. knew how to respond to many strange changes evolving in Mom’s brain. Finding competent lcaregivers is vital. When my family needed to hire more care Christina R could recommend high caliber associates. She took further initiative to train them according to Mom’s specific needs. Providing high quality care is not a passive activity. In the overnight hours, a caregiver cannot expect a nap. Mom could make repeated requests for snacks, to use the toilet or just wanted Christina to hold her hand. Patience begets trust which begets wellbeing. Christina delivers.
