We hired Christina to help after school for our two boys. She was very sweet and would stay engaged/active with the boys when they were under her care. Our issue was that she was routinely 15+ minutes late. The first time I understood that she was figuring out her commute, but it was daily after that even after I reiterated the need to have her start at our agreed time. We were relying her to pick-up from the bus stop and oversee the boys during work hours. Her tardiness simply did not work for us, so we had to part ways with her during her second week.
