With three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about promoting their well-being and independence. My background includes working in a group home, where I'm med certified and scip-r certified. I'm also CPR trained and First Aid trained. I'm available Wednesdays and Thursdays. I'm skilled in medication administration, scheduling and taking individuals to appointments, bathing, and meal preparation. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I understand the importance of respecting independence, adapting to changing routines, and communicating effectively with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular calls or texts.
