About Christina

We hired Christina a few months ago to provide around the clock care for my mother-in-law who is in her 80s and had broken her pelvis in 3 areas. She wanted to recover and heal at home but that was going to be difficult. Christina has worked weekdays for us for many months, also providing overnight care as well. My mother-in-law is now mobile using only a cane occasionally, but likely transitioning to assisted living, and we will continue to hire Christina as needed until that occurs. Caregiving is a hard job and finding good caregivers is so hard - Christina was not our first. I have no hesitation recommending her. In addition to providing personal care, preparing healthy meals, dispensing medication, assisting with physical therapy at home, reminding my mother-in-law how to be safe while navigating daily activities, and providing transportation to appointments, she developed a good rapport with my mother-in-law and provided much needed social interaction with conversation, cards, games and puzzles. Christina also encouraged her to begin playing the viola again and will drive her to meet her orchestra partners. She encourages my mother-in-law and supports her daily living, but allows her to have some independence and heal at her own pace. She always a positive attitude at work, is honest and has a lot of common sense to solve issues, as well as solid nursing skills. I would trust any family member in Christina‘s care.
