About Christina

I'd describe my personality as positive, warm, flexible, and outgoing. I like caring for seniors because we have great conversations! Helping people maintain their independence is very gratifying. I'm looking to do something real, not virtual, with people who need a bit of support. I also love kids, from babies to teens. (My own son is overseas at college :( ). I started caring for seniors when I was an undergrad. I switched to working with adults with developmental disabilities, and came back to working with seniors after being a stay-at-home mom for 15 years. For fun, I like to knit or crochet, make healthy yummy meals, go for walks or bike rides, and hang out with friends. Be warned that I have a slightly wacky sense of humor. My skills include working with all sorts of people, being very patient, and helping with housework.
