Christina is amazing. We hired her to care for our two small boys full time in our home (3 mo and 18 mo when she started). Our newborn son was born with health issues and came home with a feeding tube and Christina didn't miss a beat. She arrives on time every morning and has never missed a day of work. For full time working parents, reliability is extremely important. She plans a monthly schedule with lots of (free) activities in the area and has a theme each week. She makes a Daily Sheet for the boys that includes what happens each day so we are always informed. She creates a weekly menu which makes grocery shopping a breeze! She incorporates age appropriate education during the week for them and lots of outside time when the weather cooperates. Our boys love her so much and we are so sad that we are getting relocated. She has truly become a member of our family over the past year and we will miss her dearly.
