I have 9 years of independent childcare experience, which began in high school with date night babysitting and through college with my first full time nanny experience with twins that I also did distance learning with. As I enter my third year of a PhD program at UCSD I still find myself going back to childcare as I have helped families with transportation, occasional babysitting and after school care. I take a hands on approach and love keeping the children I care for busy with outdoor activities, arts and crafts, in addition to imaginary play. I have taken graduate courses in education which aids in my ability to aid with homework and tutoring. I truly love being able to help families through childcare!
