I've been a nanny for the last 8 years and before that was a toddler/preschool teacher. I do have experience with all ages (birth-10 years old.) We were so lucky to hire Christina as our nanny! She took care of our baby girl from age 7 months to 15 months old. We would have loved for her to be our nanny long-term, but we moved back to Ohio to be closer to family. We are trying to convince her to move here with us! Christina epitomized our ideal nanny! She was enthusiastic, loving, patient, dependable, and trustworthy. My mom describes her as "a bright light." She brought her daughter with her which was also a huge benefit to our daughter in terms of socialization. Both Christina and her daughter became apart of our family right from the start. We couldn't have asked for someone better to take care of our daughter.
