About Christina

I have five years of experience as a middle and high school teacher, teaching both science and math. For the past eight years, I have been a private homeschool teacher, where I have taught and tutored students in all of their classes - from middle school to high school and even some college courses. I've also taught preschool and tutored at the elementary level. I now have experience working with most subjects, as well as lots of experience working one-on-one with kids of all ages. I place a high value on the teacher/student relationship and I feel like it's especially essential for kids that are struggling. I take time to understand my students, their current abilities, and motivations, and then help them to build a bridge to reach their educational goals. I am a patient, kind, and positive person with a good sense of humor and a genuine interest in helping others to achieve their goals.
