I would like to be a Nanny/Babysitter because I have always worked with children whether it be as a behaviorists, teachers assistance, babysitter and/or nanny and have thoroughly enjoyed each position. I would love to have a second afternoon job doing what I am amazing at and enjoy doing. My personality is as follows: I can control a situation, dependable, self-motivating and outgoing, organized, works well with the public and individuals, cheerful disposition, self-improving, and trustworthy. I love children and helping them learn and grow. I am very enthusiastic when it comes to working with children, learning and growing through my jobs. I can respond quickly to problems encountered with professionalism and empathy. I have been working with children for 20 years starting off as a student missionary to working as a behaviorist, teachers assistance, running a nanny agency, caregiver, babysitting and a nanny. Each job was done with professionalism, creativity, enthusiasm, care and love. I enjoyed with each job being creative with arts & crafts, playing games outdoors and being apart of their growing minds and educational goals as well as to help them find and grow in their personal strengths. On a personal note: My father was a special needs teacher and my mother stayed home with us. They are still happily married and raise us with patience and love while keeping the rules in the house. I have a successful career and married because of the way they raised me, my twin, and my brother. In two years I will follow in my dads footsteps to be a special needs teacher with a masters in education. I have had several positive experiences but the most important one is helping all the children I have worked with (from having Autism to not having Autism) grow with their individual personal strengths whether it be with their educational or personal goals and being able to make them be confident a strong individual and creating a fun atmosphere when I am with them. Lastly, families like to know about how the Nanny disciplines which is a great question when your leaving your loved ones. I work as a team with my families when it comes to discipline. I go by the house rules and what the families have in place and what they expect from me. No more or no less but by the individual families discipline protocols and rules. I always create a loving warm atmosphere and it would be a pleasure to meet you and your family. I have amazing reference letters and contact numbers I can bring upon meeting you and your family. :-)
